Welcome to ævolis.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ævolis website, platform, earning features, rewards, advertising features and related services.

By accessing or using ævolis, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. About ævolis

ævolis is an online rewards platform that may allow users to generate rewards through eligible activities available on the platform.

Rewards depend on the applicable earning rules, advertising availability, traffic conditions, geographic location, third-party requirements and other factors.

ævolis may modify the availability or value of earning activities when reasonably necessary.

5. No Guaranteed Earnings

ævolis does not guarantee:

• a minimum income;

• a fixed amount per activity;

• a fixed amount per visit;

• a fixed advertising rate;

• a fixed number of available activities;

• a fixed daily or monthly income;

• a guaranteed withdrawal amount.

Displayed earnings may be estimates, pending rewards or rewards subject to validation.

6. Advertising

ævolis may use third-party advertising networks, banners, SmartLinks, affiliate services, promotional links or other monetization technologies.

Advertising content may be selected and delivered by independent third parties.

ævolis does not necessarily control the advertisements displayed or the destination of third-party advertising links.

Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use ævolis to:

• generate artificial traffic;

• use bots or automated systems;

• generate fraudulent impressions;

• generate fraudulent clicks;

• manipulate advertising systems;

• repeatedly refresh pages solely to generate rewards;

• use click farms;

• use scripts to manipulate rewards;

• create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;

• exploit technical vulnerabilities;

• interfere with the platform;

• circumvent security mechanisms;

• impersonate another person;

• engage in unlawful activity.

You must also comply with applicable rules imposed by advertising and payment partners.

8. Advertising Interaction

You must not click advertisements merely to generate revenue for yourself.

You must not encourage another person to artificially generate clicks, impressions or other monetized activity.

If a particular advertising partner expressly permits a specific interaction, the applicable partner rules may apply.

9. Rewards

Rewards may initially appear as pending.

A reward becomes available only after it has satisfied the applicable validation requirements.

ævolis may reject, adjust or reverse rewards resulting from:

• invalid activity;

• fraudulent activity;

• technical errors;

• advertising-partner reversals;

• duplicated activity;

• violations of these Terms.

10. Withdrawals

Where withdrawals are available, only eligible and confirmed rewards may be withdrawn.

Minimum withdrawal thresholds, payment methods and processing requirements may apply.

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, verification requirements, technical conditions, weekends and public holidays.

ævolis does not guarantee a specific payment processing time unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

ævolis may temporarily restrict or permanently suspend an account where reasonably necessary to:

• prevent fraud;

• protect the platform;

• protect advertising partners;

• investigate suspicious activity;

• comply with legal obligations;

• enforce these Terms;

• protect other users.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, ævolis may provide information regarding the reason for a restriction.

12. Changes to the Service

ævolis may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the platform.

Advertising availability, earning rates, earning activities and withdrawal methods may change over time.

Where required by applicable law, material changes to contractual terms will be communicated appropriately.

Third-party services are independent from ævolis.

ævolis is not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of independent third-party websites or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the ævolis name, branding, original content, interface, graphics, software and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ævolis.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

15. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ævolis does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the continued availability of any specific earning activity.

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ævolis shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service failures, advertising-network changes, payment-provider failures, internet outages or technical interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
